The Teacher of the Month Incentive program is designed to "spotlight" our most dedicated and talented teachers. Dexter families, students, and staff have the opportunity to nominate a teacher who exemplifies character and professional traits. The teacher's participation reflects above and beyond the defined boundaries of their duties and responsibilities, developing and implementing a creative instructional strategy, approach or lesson, punctuality and professionalism, effective communication and outreach across all settings.
